The readings incorporate the Restored Classical pronunciation of Latin and Greek after the scholarly conclusions of historical linguists and endeavour to interpret the selections in accord with the text. Each reading in this series is produced on clear-sounding cassettes, is housed in a sturdy vinyl album, and is accompanied by the original Latin or Greek text and a facing English translation in booklet form.
